Ingredients as a percentage:
Hibiscus flower (Hibiscus sabdariffa) 30%
Blueberry leaf (Vaccinium myrtillus) 25%
Aronia fruit (Aronia melanocarpa) 20%
Angelica root (Angelica officinalis) 10%
Lemon balm leaf (Mellisa officinalis) 10%
Rosehip (Rosa canina) 5%

Pour 2 dl of hot water over two teaspoons and leave in a covered pot for 15 minutes. Stir occasionally and then strain.
