Ribwort plantain is a meadow herb. Its leaves are gathered and their fragrance is slighty salty and astringent with a scent of grass. Ribwort plantain (Plantago lanceolata) is highly valued in folk medicine.

Pour 2 dl of hot water over one spoonful of tea and leave in a covered pot for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally and then strain.
