Terms of purchase

These Terms of purchase define the conditions for ordering, payment, delivery and return or reclamation of the products available on our website. Darvitalis d.o.o., Palagruška 16, 10000 Zagreb, VAT-nr.: 55399234994, is the Supplier (Seller) of the products available on this website, and the Buyer is every person who visits the online shop and choses at least one product, fills in the online order form and sends it to the Seller. All prices are shown in HRK.

Order

You can order products 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Products are ordered through an online form – the shopping cart of the online shop. You have to register on the Seller’s website to order products. To complete the order, you have to enter your contact data and addresses (home address and delivery address). After completing the order, you will receive an order confirmation via email, which will also contain legally required information.

Payment

You can pay the products you have ordered via bank transfer (transaction slip), payment on delivery or via Paypal on the basis of your order. The amount will be charged after we have confirmed that the products are available in our online shop.
 

Safe payment

Your credit card data will not be saved and unauthorized users do not have access to it.

The safety of your data is secured by SSL encryption. The payment pages of the provider are secured by the secure socket layer (SSL) protocol and by 128-bit-encryption. SSL encryption is a data encryption process in order to prevent unauthorized access during their transmission. This ensures a safe data transmission and prevents unauthorized access to your personal data during the communication between your computer and vice versa.

Your credit card data will not be stored and unauthorized users will not have access to it.

Shipping

Shipping usually takes place from Monday to Friday, the delivery time is from 1 to 4 working days after your order.

Reclamation and return

You can exercise your right to return within the legal period. You can request the return of products in writing via email to darvitalis@darvitalis.hr. To return a product, you will have to send it to our address within the time that will be communicated to you. We will accept the return if our inspection of the goods has shown that they comply with the return conditions set forth by the Law of obligations and to the Consumer Protection Law. We will exchange the products or refund the total amount within 15 days of receipt of a valid reclamation.

Data protection guarantee

Our Data protection guarantee describes how we handle your personal data when you visit our website and our online shop. Personal data are data that can identify you: name and last name, e-mail address, address and phone number, that is your personal data that are not otherwise publicly available, but that you submit to us when you visit our online shop on www.darvitalis.hr. We will use your personal data only to identify you during your visit to our online shop on www.darvitalis.hr in order to give you access to all options the online shop provides. We will not disclose, distribute, publish, share any personal data with third parties or make it available to third parties without having obtained your consent.

Changes

Darvitalis d.o.o. reserves the right to change and update these Terms of purchase at any time. Any such changes to the Terms of purchase will be posted on the website www.darvitalis.hr.

Electronic communication

You communicate with us electronically when you visit the website www.darvitalis.hr. You accept and agree that agreements, notifications, announcements and other electronic communication that you receive from us meet legal requirements and have the same effect as if in written form.

Currency conversion

All prices are shown in EUR, all payments are made in HRK using the middle exchange rate of the Croatian national bank on the day of order. The amount your credit card account will be charged for will be converted in your national currency using the exchange rate of your credit card company.
